OUR STAFF
We started at a local Salsa class in Llanelli around 2001/2002 and both fell in love with it instantly. From there we worked hard and started teaching, but quickly realised we didn't know enough, let alone how to teach properly, so we started searching for places to learn and had a great opportunity with Fred Astaire dance studios in America where we did Latin and ballroom.
My top tip to be a better dancer would be to dance with everyone and take your time, focus on basic/fundamental movements.
My favourite thing about Viva Mallorca is how friendly and positive everyone is. Each year I can not wait to get there and meet lots of new and exciting people.
After a year of intense training we decide to come back home in 2007 and start our company Dancing Fever. Since then we have been working hard training and building our own syllabus in Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba.
We are based in South Wales teaching and running events in Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba.
My top tips to being a better dancer would be to just have fun, try not compare yourself to others, focus on small improvements and fun 🤩 learn to enjoy getting it wrong.
It's hard to say just 1 favourite thing about Viva Mallorca, but the hotel and view is really special! The fact you can just walk down and dive into the sea, WOW! 😍
