Who is your data controller?

For Clients and Website Visitors who are addressed in this privacy policy and who are located within the European Union, your data controller is Azra International Limited to the extent that it is processing your personal data.

Where you are introduced or referred to us by a third party, we become your data controller upon completion of your first call with us.

Who are “you”?

We refer to “you” a lot in this Privacy Policy. To better understand what information is most relevant to you, see the following 2 definitions:

Website User

You are visiting one of our websites because you are curious.

Client

You have purchased an admission ticket to one of our events or have purchased services that we offer.

To give you the best service possible we will need to ask you for certain personal information. If you use our services, we will also use this information for security, identification and verification purposes.

Contact info - You might provide us with your contact information, whether through use of our services, a form on our website, an interaction with our sales or customer support team, or a response to one of our emails.

Billing Information - If you make a payment to Azra Holidays & Events Dance, we require you to provide your billing details,  name, address, email address and financial information corresponding to your selected method of payment (e.g. a credit card number and expiration date or a bank account number).

When you access our website, we will collect information about the devices you’re using – or we may ask third parties to do this for us.
